Technical and dimensional specifications

- Main structure made of extruded raw aluminum profiles, 100x30 mm section

- 6000 series aluminum alloy, high corrosion resistance. This alloy is also recommended for use in saline environments and requires no maintenance.

- Our structures are assembled using welded fabrication and delivered pre-assembled, resulting in

time savings during assembly and exceptional durability.

- Assembly by TIG welding; welders are qualified according to standard NF EN ISO 9606-2.

The stepladder

- Height to be reached: 2250 mm

- Staircase incline: 46°

- Usable width (step width): 1000 mm

- 230 mm deep, non-slip aluminum steps welded to the stringers. - Step height: 222 mm

- Step overhang: 15 mm

- The entire assembly is equipped with protective sock-like glides on the lower section.

Landing

- Landing width: 1060 mm

- Landing length: 1000 mm

- Landing surface: 4.4 mm thick aluminum tread plate.

- The landing and steps are welded and cannot be disassembled.

- The assembly is equipped with a mobile frame.

- 200 mm diameter swivel casters with brakes at the front of the stepladder.

200 mm diameter fixed casters at the rear of the stepladder.

- Polyurethane tires, D 60 Shore hardness, polyamide wheel body. This type of wheel is recommended for workshop use only and not for outdoor use. - Frontal impact protection (on guardrail/vertical structural post/platform stringer)

The guardrail

- The railing consists of a red handrail (RAL 3000) and an intermediate rail, 1100 mm high, on the left and right sides of the staircase.
