2007 TEMG TG-5006

The TG-5006 tractor is a compact vehicle based on a monocoque chassis.

It has been provided with hydrostatic transmission on the rear wheels. The rear axle is not a rigid axle but two independent semi-axles with the two hydraulic motor-brake-wheel units that provide the tractor with its traction power.This assembly, together with a silent-block system, shock-absorbers and springs works as an independent suspension system. The suspension system is based on four struts fi xed to the tractorchassis and to the rear axle crossbars (two to each crossbar). With this layout, the suspension moves

vertically with a large enough turn radius to prevent horizontal movements.

The front axle is steering axle without traction.

Hydrostatic - LINDE HPV 105 Automotive pump and two 857 cc/rev POCLAIN MS08 wheel motors on the rear axle.

Independent on the 4 wheels - hydraulic shock-absorber and helicoidal spring.

Hydrostatic servo-assisted by means of an orbitrol valve and hydraulic cylinder that

steers the front wheels.

The transmission system also provides effi cient and smooth hydrostatic braking.

However, the TG-5006 tractor includes a drumhydraulic service brake on the rear wheels and

discs on the front wheels, with wear detection, as well as a wet multi-disc parking brake on the rear wheels.

Front: 7-12” Tyres on 5.00-12” rim.

Rear: 7,50-12” Tyres on 6.5-15”rim.

Totally manufactured in steel plate and mounted on a suspension system of four

silent-blocks fi xed to the chassis. It includes independent 180 􀀀 foldable doors and windows

on both sides.
