With the revolutionary Ri charging process the battery’s charge characteristic curve is adapted according to the age, temperature and state of charge. Each charging cycle is therefore unique, with an individual characteristic curve. Thanks to this new form of charging, energy costs are minimized and the battery life is maximized. The new features of the battery charging system guarantee an optimal charging of the traction battery. A well-thought-out service concept allows components to be replaced on site. The USB interface enables, in addition to data backup, to perform different assessments on the charging process and an update of the device.
